INTERSTATE 605

Interstate 605 is a frequent location for traffic accidents involving trucks. The 605 freeway is a very centralized, vital cog to the success of the trucking industry. Built in the 1940s, interstate 605 runs north-south 27 miles from Seal Beach to Irwindale. It gets its name, San Gabriel River Freeway, as it runs parallel with the riverbed.

The San Gabriel Freeway has a connection to the 105 freeway, which allows direct access to LAX, the Los Angeles International Airport. It also has transitions to the 91, 5 (Los Angeles, Santa Ana), 60 (Los Angeles, Pomona), 10 (Los Angeles, San Bernardino) and 210 (Pasadena, San Bernardino) freeways. All of these connectors provide straight passage to the various railways and truck depots necessary to keep commerce running smoothly. With all of these links to other freeways, traffic is inevitable as trucks and cars merge with each other.

If you have been involved in an accident on this freeway, we have handled a great many claims arising from this dangerous corridor. This freeway offers wide laneds and is still in good condition, but the number of trucks on the freeway and the high speeds of the access and egress cause a significant number of truck related accidents. Call us at 888 752-7474 or Contact Us Page if you have been involved in an accident on this freeway.
